Addlemoth Demo 1.0.2 1.0.2 released!

Changes in v1.0.2:

  • Added a warning for when the game is unable to save your game.
  • Fixed missing sound effects on stage introduction, blade pickup.
  • Several improvements to pathfinding for various objects.
  • Changed tutorial text to more clearly state that you can't parry with the blade.
  • Slowed down an introduction transition that was way too fast.

I'm back from my break, so I'm fixing some issues that came up.

The warning about the game being unable to save your game is, unfortunately, a problem I am unable to fix on my end. It happens because hosts the game on a separate CDN, which it includes by an iframe. This causes browsers with strict cookie security settings, such as Firefox, to prevent the game from being able to access the browser's local storage. There's really nothing I can do about this, so my sincerest apologies.

The missing sound effects were just me being very out of it when it was patch time, and never actually checking.

Time to get back to working on the rest of the game! Have an animation from a certain goaty NPC I'm working on.
